Arleana’s Caribbean Seafood & Soul
This project is in the City of Kirkland, WA and is located inside the 312 Central Mixed-Use building. This restaurant includes a Cook Line room, Sculler/prep room, Server Station, Bar, Walk in Cooler & Walk in Freezers and the design had to take into consideration the restaurant being built inside an existing building. This project was rewarding for what it is bringing to the Kirkland community.

Bell-10
This design build mixed use project is located in Bellevue, WA and consists of 108 apartment units with retail spaces on the ground level. This project has 8 stories above 3 levels of parking and contains 3 levels of post tension decks. The clearance limitations created by low ceiling heights and garbage truck pull throughs on the lower levels presented a challenge to the design team and providing creative solutions to these limitations was very rewarding.

Paceline
The Killingsworth project consists of a five-story 69-unit multi-family building and is located in Portland, OR. In addition to the apartment units, this project also contains amenities with a kitchenette and public bathrooms and an indoor bike room.

The Farmstead
The Farmstead project is located in Vancouver, WA and consists of a total of six three story apartment buildings and a clubhouse. The project will have 144 apartment units in all, and construction includes slab on grade concrete with wood framing above. The need for affordable housing created the opportunity for The Farmstead Apartments to provide the ‘missing middle’ type of housing that is in between luxury and affordable housing.

Taxus House
The Taxus House project consists of approximately 23,000 square feet with 49 apartment units. This project is located in Seattle, WA. 20-25 percent of the apartments will be held as affordable and will be marketed to disadvantaged persons. The predominant unit type is an “eco 1 Bedroom”, and environmentally efficient one bedroom apartment. These units are about 325 square feet in size and have a living room and full bedroom with windows in each.

OneTwentyUp
The OneTwentyUp project consists of one four story building in Vancouver, WA that includes approximately 155 apartment units. The first floor will consist of a retail space, fitness space, common areas, dwelling units, and live/work units. The remaining three floors will consist of dwelling units.

Allison Way Apartments
This project consists of 179 apartment units spread across 6 different buildings and a clubhouse. The residential portion is 190,359 square feet and the clubhouse consists of 2,170 square feet. This project is located in Woodburn, OR.

Maple Lane Apartments
This design build project contains three apartment buildings with a total of 216 apartment units and a clubhouse that includes fitness, office, and event space areas. Designing the plumbing and HVAC systems for this job were very rewarding. This project is located in Oregon City, OR.

MUR-70
This design build mixed use project is located in Shoreline, WA and consists of 550 apartment units as well as amenity areas and parking levels. Alpine designed the plumbing systems for this project including integrating a heat pump water heating system and other rewarding challenges.

Eastlake Apartments
This mixed use building was a design build project and is located in Seattle, WA. It consists of 2 levels of parking, a basement level, and five stories of apartments. This project totaled 134 apartment units and also includes amenity areas, parking, retail, and provisions for a future restaurant.
